I appreciate that you made sure to release the pressure on the cystic cluster while squeezing gently to get the hard bits underneath that clog the pores.
The other folks commenting probably don’t get cystic acne but I do. And it hurts so badly to squeeze or just leave in your face. And if you don’t get all of the solid gunk that’s clogging the pores out, then it just gets worse or more infected.
These types of zits bleed no matter how gentle you are. And you have to keep pushing to get the little solid clinging bits.

At he found the right spot to press by accident. He pressed it twice and then never again. That was really a mistake. Not sure how they missed that.
